Buckinghamshire Council is offering free self-defence classes for women and girls aged 12+ living in and around Kingsbrook, Aylesbury. The classes, delivered by Bucks Pro-Mai, aim to empower women with the understanding of how to pre-empt potential situations and learn self-defence skills. The classes will be held on Saturday 27 June, 2-4pm at Kingsbrook Community Hub, Broughton. Please note that 12-15 year olds must attend with a participating female parent/carer on the day.
