Tradespeople in Bracknell are invited to attend a free tool marking session on Monday, 18 May, at Wickes in Western Road (RG12 1NS) from 9am until 11am. The event provides an opportunity to collect a tool marking kit, register it with SelectaDNA, and take away other theft prevention items, including faraday pouches and anti-theft number plate screws, on a first come, first served basis. Those unable to attend can visit the Thames Valley Police website for more information on protecting tools. Local media will be attending the event and are keen to speak with traders who have experienced tool theft.
