A banner that had been hanging at the front of the Army Cadet Hall on Friday Street, Reading, was cut down and placed by the front door of the hall between May 6th and May 9th. PCSO Claire Hewett is investigating the incident and is appealing for residents with ring doorbells, CCTV, or dashcams to check their footage to see if it covers the hall.
