Meningitis Cases Reported in Reading

There have been three reported cases of meningitis in Reading, according to local health officials. If you are worried or feeling unwell, please call NHS 111 for advice.

Some of the symptoms of meningitis may include:

• High temperature
• Being sick
• Headache
• Rash that does not fade when a glass is rolled over it
• Drowsiness or unresponsiveness
