A man from Slough has been sentenced to two years and eight months in prison for drug offences. Fhaim Khan, aged 37, of Goodman Park in Slough, was sentenced at Reading Crown Court on Wednesday 6 May. Khan pleaded guilty to one count each of possession with intent to supply a class A drug, namely crack cocaine and possession with intent to supply a class A drug, namely heroin. He was seen acting suspiciously in Bloom Park Recreational Ground, and when he spotted police officers, he threw cocaine and heroin wraps out of his pocket, with an estimated street value of over £3,000. Once arrested, officers seized a phone likely used for drug dealing purposes. Khan was arrested on 20 January, charged the following day, and pleaded guilty to the offences. “This sentence reflects the seriousness of offences involving the supply of harmful drugs into our communities. We were able to quickly identify Khan’s suspicious behaviour, recover a significant quantity of class A drugs and remove them from the streets of Slough. We will continue to take robust action against those involved in drug-related crime to protect the public and keep our communities safe.” said Investigating officer PC Josh Bennet.
